Pistol grease gun

A pistol grease gun is a hand-operated lubrication tool used to deliver grease under pressure to mechanical components such as bearings, joints, and fittings. Its production typically involves stamping or die-casting an aluminum or steel body shaped like a pistol grip for durability and ease of use.

Key internal components, including the piston, plunger rod, and spring mechanism, are manufactured from hardened steel to ensure reliable pressure generation and long service life. The barrel (grease tube) is usually made from steel or heavy-duty aluminum and is precision-formed to hold standard grease cartridges or bulk grease.

After machining and forming, parts undergo surface treatments such as powder coating, anodizing, or plating to resist corrosion and wear. Rubber seals and O-rings are installed to maintain pressure and prevent leakage. Final assembly includes fitting the trigger lever, loading mechanism, and nozzle connection, followed by pressure testing, leak inspection, and functional quality checks before packaging.
